livewhisper.py outputs psuedo-live sentence-by-sentence dictation to terminal. Using OpenAI's Whisper model, and sounddevice library to listen to microphone. Audio from mic is stored if it hits a volume & frequency threshold, then when silence is detected, it saves the audio to a temp file and sends it to Whisper.

Radio Pleine Lune est une émission de radio féministe née à la fin des années 1970, qui émet hebdomadairement pendant vingt ans sur les ondes de Radio Zones. Les Archives contestataires conservent les archives de cette émission, sous la forme d'environ 300 cassettes audio, à présent numérisées, versées par trois anciennes animatrices de l'émission : Viviane Gonik, Isabelle Graf-Junod et Alda de Giorgi.
Les archives radiophoniques constituent une source peu usitée en histoire, du fait notamment de leur faible disponibilité. Car si aujourd’hui l’Institut national de l’audiovisuel (INA), sous la tutelle du ministère de la Culture, se charge de l’archivage, et si les radios elles-mêmes disposent de moyens d’archivage numérique, le fait porte avant tout sur la période très récente : c’est seulement depuis 1994 que le dépôt légal, c’est-à-dire la mission régalienne, inscrite au Code du patrimoine, consistant à capter les chaînes de radio publiques et privées, a été confié à l’INA. Le Plan de sauvegarde et de numérisation (PSN), également mis en œuvre par l’INA, consiste à numériser et mettre à disposition tous les programmes produits par la radiodiffusion française publique. Actuellement, seule une partie en est accessible aux chercheurs. Dans les mois à venir, la fin du PSN devrait cependant, en toute logique, coïncider avec une substantielle mise à disposition.

It is backed by my dithering library, and is unique in its correctness and variety of dithering algorithms. No online or offline tool I know of provides as many options, while being correct (linearizing the image, weighting channels by luminance).
